United Nations Orchestra concert, with Rennosuke Fukuda Proceeds going to UNAIDS - South Africa
Source: Menuhin Competition

On Saturday 17 March, the United Nations Orchestra will perform a concert in Geneva's Victoria Hall, in a concert organised together with the Menuhin Competition. Rennosuke Fukuda, winner of the Junior First Prize at the Menuhin Competition in 2014, will perform with the orchestra under the baton of Antoine Marguier.
All proceeds from the concert will go towards UNAIDS in South Africa; the concert will celebrate the centenary of the birth of Nelson Mandela whose humanitarian values Menuhin shared.
Among his many contributions both in South Africa and globally, he became one of the most important and effective campaigners on AIDS.

The funds raised will be used for UNAIDS work with young people in South Africa.
